We wish we could share with you! And share it is! The chivo is just set on the table on some old carboard. Knives and bread are dropped on the table around it. They make lettuce salads, tomato and onion salads, and at times mashed potatoes. 2 forks are put in each dish and you just ask for the dish you want and eat off the fork in it and then hand it off to the next person. It is a really great method because there is very little dishes to wash! We would all love to share cups, forks and food with you! :)
